Released in 2017 as an "all-season" gin. Made with a selection of freshly foraged botanicals from the Wicklow Mountains that surround Ireland's Glendalough distillery. What's picked goes fresh into the still within hours and then slow-distilled in batches of less than 250 litres. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Spring notes on the nose, then summer florals.

Palate: Autumn fruitiness on the palate.

Finish: A winter spiciness.
