Launched in 2021 as part of the Wine Cask Series from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside. Matured initially in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished for a period of nearly two years in barriques from the Grattamacco winery in Tuscany. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Waves of honey, peaches and apricots, with toffee, almonds and orange peel.

Palate: Toffee, heather honey, red berries and peaches, fused with apricots.

Finish: Orange peel and nutmeg linger to the end.
