A limited-edition 10 year old single malt released in celebration of the Glen Scotia Campbeltown Festival 2021. Created from a series of unpeated distillations from 2009 to 2011, matured for 10 years in first-fill bourbon barrels and then finished in first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks from the Medoc region for five months. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Red berries, and floral notes of rose and violet, heather honey and a maritime breeze.
Palate: Notes of strawberry and apple, toasted vanilla and a hint of lime citrus.
Finish: Long and warming with a hint of spice.
