Dusk Shiraz Gin is the first in a range of wine gin to be introduced to the market by Stillman Distillery. Produced from a rare and unexpected combination of Shiraz skins, an influence of wine-making through the use of American and French Oak and the known traditions of gin distillation.​ Bottled at 43%. Palate: A classic palate of Juniper.

Finish: Smooth

Stillman Distillery was established in March 2018 by a husband and wife duo from Johannesburg, who relocated to the Cape and promptly turned their hobby into a full-time passion.
