A single malt from Speyside matured for 8 years in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for at least 6 months in hand-coopered Oloroso sherry cask octaves. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 47.8%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Toasty and appetising. Fruity, nutty, with a gentle beguiling sweetness.

Palate: Toffee sweetness, candied almonds, dried fruits and a lingering savoury sensation.

Finish: Toasty, lightly smoky and a sweetness that lasts.
