A single cask release from the Speyside Dailuaine distillery bottled by Douglas Laing under their Hepburn's Choice range. Distilled in 2009, matured for 7 years in a refill barrel and bottled in 2017. Only 150 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Rich caramel, citrus lemon sherbet polished oak and hints of wood smoke.

Palate: Caramel turns to salty lemons and kick of sweet peat.

Finish: Spicy with lovely dry peat smoke and liquorice.
