Ripe grapes were destemmed and inoculated with various strains of yeast to maximize complexity. Gentle pump-overs during fermentation were used to extract colour and flavour and produce soft, supple tannins. Aged 18 months in French and American oak, 20% new. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of black cherry, leather and spice.

Palate: Layers of rich dark red fruit flavours.

Finish: A long, smooth, sweet finish.
