A single cask, single grain release from the Lowlands Cameronbridge distillery, bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Particular (OLP) range. Distilled in October 1991, matured for 27 years in a refill hogshead and bottled in April 2019. Only 400 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 51.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)
Nose: A crushed sugary sweetness moves to a subtle array of spices and cereal.
Palate: Citric-flavoured sherbet ahead of creamy vanilla fudge and raisins.
Finish: More vanilla fudge followed by herbs and spices in an Italian liqueur style.
