A single malt Scotch whisky by South African independent bottler Single & Single (S&S). Produced at Bowmore distillery on Islay, distilled in 2000. Only 890 bottles produced. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Sea spray and wet tar combine with a hint of bitter lemon.

Palate: The peat is fresh and eager, bursting with sweet smoke and vanilla.

Finish: Plenty of vigor and considerable panache with slow fading peat.
