A blended malt by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 23yo Blended Malt #1 is their 2nd batch with only 409 bottles released. Bottled at 48.8%. (500ml)

Nose: Lots of baked goods, including apple pies and cinnamon rolls. Hints of raisins and vanilla-y malt.

Palate: Vanilla-rich, with plenty of dried fruit sweetness in support. Caramel-coated chocolate, too.

Finish: Cinnamon warmth and citrus peels underneath a layer of honey.
