Released in 2017 in celebration of the reopening of the Lowland distillery, the name Adela comes from the Latin word meaning 'rich and noble'. Matured for 15 years in a combination of American and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.7%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Rich raisins, sultanas, with hints of orange peel and wood spices.

Palate: Raisins and sultanas, rich fruit cake, sweet cinnamon and chocolate.

Finish: Rich and long with a slight dryness.
