Produced at the Heaven Hill distillery, this is one of the only wheat whiskeys produced in the USA. A wheat whisky differs from a bourbon in that the mashbill must contain at least 51% wheat, making the resulting whisky very soft and mellow. Bernheim Orignial is matured for 7 years in virgin American oak casks. Bottled at 45%.

Nose: Mildly sweet with hints of vanilla and honey.

Palate: Hints of toffee, berries and spice with fresh mint.

Finish: Soft toasted oak, elegant and warm.
