The second release of Balblair's 1999 vintage replaces the 1997. Distilled in 1999, matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish ex-sherry butts and bottled in 2016. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Aromas of honey and green apples, as well as notes of rich fruity Christmas cake with a hint of spice, citrus fruits and vanilla.

Palate: Full bodied, sweet and spicy in character, with hints of honey, vanilla and leather.

Finish: Warm, smooth and long-lasting.
