BAR/RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Must have several years of experience managing all aspects of a bar and/or restaurant
- Good basic knowledge of whisky, wine, spirits, cocktails, etc.
- Ability to hire and manage a team of waiters/waitresses and bartenders
- Able to organise events and promotions
- Experience compiling and managing menu items and pricing
- Able to communicate well via email, phone and in-person
WINE SOMMELIER
- Experience in either retail or hospitality
- Passionate about the products, people and places
- Minimum certification WSET level 2
- Strong knowledge of SA wines required, basic knowledge of international wines suitable
MIXOLOGIST
- Experience working in a bar and/or restaurant environment
- Ability to craft both modern and classic cocktails, as well as create bespoke drinks
- Able to train and assist in the development of bartenders
RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER
- 3 Years minimum retail experience required
- Passionate about whisky and drinks with basic product knowledge, but successful candidate will be sufficiently trained
- Focused on providing world-class customer service
- Able to communicate well via email, phone and in-person
