Grapes for the Kumusha Sauvignon Blanc 2023 were picked in the early hours of the morning and treated reductively to preserve freshness and protect the aromatics from the very start of the process. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation on the lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Residual sugar: 2.6g/l. Bottled at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Lovely tropical aromas pull you in with notes of passion fruit, lime and melon standing out.

Palate: Citrus notes upfront with lime and orange blossom standing out. Mid-palate has more tropical fruit expression, guava and passion fruit in particular.

Finish: Lively and refreshing acidity with lingering notes of passion fruit and melon.
