Nose: Strong citrus aromas.

Palate: A burst of grapefruit on the palate that is accentuated by undertones of cardamom and a slight sweetness from liquorice root.

Finish: A zesty and refreshing finish.

Produced at Gember distillery in Muizenberg, Cape Town, a local artisinal gin distillery founded in January 2022 by friends Simon Cranswick and Wynand de Vries (who are in fact gingers and known affectionately as the Engelsman and die Boerseun).
