DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2009, matured for 15 years in a first-fill Oloroso butt, and bottled in 2025. Only 667 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.1%.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Skunky, old-school rum, ox-tail soup, metallic, baked beans, tin, tangy tomato, savoury, maple bacon, sauna wood, play dough, PVC notes, charred wood, chocolate raisin, and walnut. 

Palate: Raisin, walnut, bitter chocolate, brisket, barbecue meat, black cherry, chocolate sponge cake, Imperial porter, Brazil nut and chocolate.

Finish: Balanced long finish.
