A single malt whisky by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 3yo from the Slyrs distillery is their 1st batch from the German producer, with only 691 bottles produced. Bottled at 52.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)

The label shows a joyous scene in a beer hall from the Oktoberfest, complete with a big ol' boat on which a band plays to the crowd! The Slyrs Head Distiller Hans is chatting to one of the punters in the massive crowd.

Nose: Apple slices dipped in honey, freshly cut grass, a few hints of peach.

Palate: Sticky caramel, peppery barley, chocolate digestives and lemongrass.

Finish: Gingerbread and caramel, plus a hint of apple.
