Dating back to 1791, Powers is an iconic whiskey that has played an important role in the history of Irish whiskey. The 12yo is named after the original Powers distillery which was situated on John's Lane in Dublin, which sadly closed in 1976. The whiskey is now produced at the new Midleton distillery in County Cork, which also produces the Redbreast, Spot, Jameson ranges, and others. The 12yo is matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)
