Zarion By SV Wines

Zarion by SV Wines was established in 2021 by Sandile Maseko, a mother, realising the dream of creating a legacy for her family. As the first-born child given a predominantly boy name Sandile, meaning the family has expanded; she always had a dream of honouring the responsibility to grow her family name and establish a legacy for her own family.

Zarion (meaning warrior) wines come from the grapes grown in beautiful weathered karoo shales and limestone soils of the Robertson area, in a single vineyard farm where there is favourable climate allowing for limited interference in the wine production process. Although wine making is not her profession, Sandile found a great wine maker in the Robertson Valley to create "poetry inside a wine bottle" - this became a dream realised.
