Riflessi Brut Prosecco is produced from Glera grapes harvested from vineyards located in the province of Treviso, Italy. Grapes undergo white wine vinification. First fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperatures, where selected yeasts are added. The wine becomes bubbly inside low-temperature pressure tanks. Residual sugar: 10g/l. Bottled at 11.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Intense, fruity with a rich scent of apple, lemon and grapefruit. It has pronounced aromas of wisteria in bloom and acacia flowers.

Palate: Full bodied with fresh fruit flavour profile. Lots of apple, pear, quince and some citrus peel.

Finish: Refreshing acidity with a pleasant harmonious finish.
