Collection 96 gets its name from the outstanding award of 96 points given to the Prosecco DOC Brut by Decanter magazine. Masottina Collezione 96 Treviso Brut Prosecco is produced from 100% Glera grapes which are white vinified at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C. Prise de mousse and maturation on the yeasts normally take place for a month in pressure tanks, on selected yeasts, at a temperature of 14-15°C. The wine ages in bottle for approximately one month before distribution. Residual sugar: 10g/l. Bottled at 11%. (Bottle size 750ml)
