Elephantom Rum, The Mystical One, was created in honour of a legendary lone bull elephant from the Knysna Forest on the Southern Coast of South Africa. Produced by Kinship Spirits at Oude Molen distillery, Elephantom Rum is triple distilled from pure fermented cane molasses in a copper pot still and matured in bourbon casks. Bottled at 43%. Nose: Hints of vanilla and soft caramel.

Palate: Caramel notes dominate to start, fading to reveal cooked peaches, light spices, vanilla and hints of apple.

Finish: A rich and fruity finish.
