Copper Republic's Zula Cape Brandy is handcrafted in small batches using Colombard, Chenin Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Western Cape. Using traditional methods, Zula XO is double distilled in copper pot stills and slow matured in a combination of 200-litre French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years. Bottled at 40%. Nose: Clean oak, tropical and citrus fruit notes.

Palate: A delicately balanced, fruity aftertaste enhanced with subtle hints of sherry and vanilla. 

Finish: Carefully selected oak barrels ensure a soft mouth feel with a long and rewarding finish.
