This high-end prosecco comes from the UNESCO world heritage site of Valdobbiadene. Made using the Glera grape variety which are picked and softly pressed into large format vats. The first fermentation is done with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. After forming the base wine it is transferred to pressurised stainless steel tanks for the second fermentation known as the Martinotti-Charmat method. Sugar and yeast are added to the wine in a pressurised tank. This allows the bubbles to trapped into the wine, what the French call "prise de mousse". After 5 months, it is bottled. Bottled at 11.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of golden apple and honey.

Palate: An elegant and delicate palate of fine bubbles (mousse). Notes of apples and pear with hints of unripe peaches.

Finish: A creamy finish with notes of honey and biscuits.
