Spirit of Dublin is a limited-release poitín (named after the infamous Irish moonshine) made from a 50/50 blend of malted and unmalted barley and bottled straight from the still with no maturation. Referred to as "new make" in Scotland, this is the spirit of whisky before it is aged in oak casks. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 52.5%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Cooked barley, honey, fresh batch bread, fruits of the forest.

Palate: Smooth rich fruit and cereal mixing with spice as it covers the tongue.

Finish: Soft and delicate finishing dry.
