A single cask release from the Islands Talisker distillery bottled by Douglas Laing under their Hepburn's Choice range. Distilled in 2010, matured for 6 years in a refill hogshead and bottled in 2017. Only 150 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Green barley, rock pools, lemon zest.

Palate: Spicy full bodied leads to rich smoke and tarry notes more lemon zest.

Finish: Dry citrus finish with lively peatiness and soft smoke.
