Locally produced handcrafted Single Estate Barrel-Aged Rum is made in the Agricole style (fermenting and distilling the juice pressed from sugar cane instead of using molasses). This special-release rum is aged in a combination of French and American oak and blended before bottling. Perfect for sipping over ice or in a variety of cocktails. Bottled at 43%. Nose: Aromas of sweet spices and a light suggestion of orange marmalade.

Palate: Butterscotch and caramel compliment the roasted nutty flavours with hints of vanilla coming through.

Finish: Smooth finish with pine nuts and wild honey.
