Nose: Thick vanilla and nail varnish remover. Quite some old wood which I adore. Golden syrup, and fruit. Pineapple and balsamic vinegar.
Palate: A sweet and spicy entry, followed by spice infused syrup. Brilliant varnish and oak, some caramel as well as grapefruit and pineapple. Very fruity. Cinnamon and pepper.
Finish: Creamy and spicy. Cinnamon, chocolate, rum and raisin ice cream.
