A rye whiskey by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 2yo from St George Spirits is their 1st batch from the California distillery, with only 400 bottles produced. Bottled at 55%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Spiced apple crumble, with a dusting of brown sugar and cinnamon on top.

Palate: Fruit-filled pastries, more cinnamon and a hint of menthol.

Finish: Red berries, strawberry jam and a kick of black pepper.
