Consists of Chenin Blanc (64%), Verdelho (32%) and Viognier (4%) all fermented naturally and matured separately in a combination of 225, 400 and 500-litre seasoned French oak, and around 20% of the Chenin also in concrete before blending and bottling after 10 months. A total of 8,010 bottles were produced. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)
