Rall Cinsault Blanc 2022 was produced from the last 0.2ha commercially planted vineyard in the Cape. Now in its 6th vintage, no doubt the most textured and interesting release to date. Extremely low yields allowed earlier ripening and more concentration than previous vintages. In the cellar the grapes where whole-bunch pressed and the juice transferred straight to old oak to ferment and then mature on its primary lees until bottling at around 8 months. Only 430 bottles were produced. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)
