A single cask, single grain release from the closed Port Dundas distillery, bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Particular (OLP) range. Distilled in July 2004, matured for 14 years in a refill barrel and bottled in April 2019. Only 393 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.4%. (Bottle size 500ml)
Nose: Vanilla rich, grilled bananas, cream cereal and warming spice.
Palate: Ginger, cinnamon, then burnt brown sugar and sponge pudding with peaches.
Finish: Lingers with tropical fruits alongside milk chocolate and peppery oak.
