Launched in 2019 as part of the Paul John Select Cask range, this is an unpeated single malt finished in Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Peach, apricot and light notes of molasses and blood orange.

Palate: Soft and sweet, with nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt cake.

Finish: Long, intense and sweet with delicious heavy spices imbibed from the Oloroso casks, a dash of coffee mocha and sumptuous dark chocolate.
