Released in 2013, Brilliance uses a six-row barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and is exclusively matured in ex-bourbon casks. Nonchillfiltered and bottled at 46%.
Nose: Demerara sugar with a whiff of sweet fragrances, with a hint of cinnamon, honey and soft spices.
Palate: A balanced combination of sweet caramel and spice. The honey-like smoothness is offset by the crunchy-bar-like crispness with milk chocoate.
Finish: A smooth and easy finish, with a hint of mild spices and lots of vanilla.
