It is made from locally grown glutinous sorghum and wheat, using the traditional sauce-aroma (jiangxiang) method with a wheat-based qu starter. The final blend combines base spirits from two production areas in the core of the Chishui River basin, including Heyixing, inside the Kweichow Moutai Geographical Indication zone. Bottled at 53%.
