Released as part of the Milk & Honey Apex Series. Distilled on 29 November 2018, fully matured in ex-rum casks from the Caribbean and bottled on 24 August 2022. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.1%. Only 1,964 bottles were produced. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Milk chocolate with toasted coconut and a sprinkle of eucalyptus oil.
Palate: Sliced plantain in heavy cream and molasses.
Finish: Brazil nuts, dark-roast coffee, and seasoned oak.
