This unpeated single malt was produced using SAB malted barley and distilled in pot stills. It was initially matured in a Rupert \u0026amp; Rothschild red wine cask before being transferred in late 2024 to an Oloroso sherry cask—which had previously matured Oloroso for 50 years, rather than merely being seasoned—for a finish of just over 20 months. Only 194 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 56.5%.
