Part of Brookdale’s Mason Road wine range, Serendipity Rosé 2021 is made from a combination of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Cinsault grape varietals. Bunches were selected in the vineyard during harvest before the grapes were whole bunch pressed and settled overnight. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural freshness. Partially matured in old oak barrels for a few months for added complexity and body. After primary fermentation, the various components were blended. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: The elegant nose offers raspberry, watermelon, and citrus peel.

Palate: The well-balanced palate has good fruit concentration featuring watermelon, strawberry, and grapefruit, with subtle floral notes.

Finish: The wine is well structured with a pronounced presence, medium acidity and lingering aftertaste.
