As per the entire Fine Oak range (which has now been discontinued), this 21yo is matured in a combination of Spanish oak casks seasoned with sherry, American oak casks seasoned with sherry and American oak casks seasoned with bourbon. Bottled at 43%.

Nose: Intense and rich with a hint of vanilla and passion fruit.

Palate: Soft, rich and spicy with a hint of oranges and peat.

Finish: Lingering with a hint of wood smoke.
