A locally produced small batch whisky from Incendo distillery, Lexicon Shiver Me Timbers! is made from a mash bill of malted barley and wheat. Matured for 2.5 years in ex-bourbon and 1 year in ex-rum (produced by Lexicon distillery). 320 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Toffee on the nose with custard, baking spices and citrus aromas.

Palate: A round mouthfeel.

Finish: A lingering aftertaste revealing the rum cask finish.
