Laurent-Perrier Millesime Brut 2012 Champagne is produced from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varietals from the most prestigious growths in Champagne: Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly, and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims: Bouzy, Ay, Verzy, Mailly, Rilly-la-Montagne. Bottle-aged in cellars for a minimum of seven years. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A flowery nose of great complexity, with notes of citrus and white peaches.

Palate: Elegant entry with great fruit purity on entry. Hints of lemon peel and orange blossom.

Finish: Notes of grapefruit on the finish, with a refreshing perlage.
