A 5yo single cask Kilchoman (cask number 692/2010)  exclusive to the South African market that was distilled on 4 November 2010 and bottled on 3 December 2015, yielding 246 bottles. Initially matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and then finished for three months in an ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.1%.

Nose: Sweet and warm with BBQ peat smoke and cinnamon.

Palate: Intense and powerful with dark red cherries and swirling peat.

Finish: Crisp and lingering with layered smoke and soft spice.
