This blended Irish whiskey is produced at the Cooley distillery. Named after St Bécán, one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland who founded a monastery in the area in the 6th century. Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Light and soft with pear drops, apple, vanilla and popcorn notes.
Palate: Soft and delicate with a pleasant grain backbone. Lively, fruity flavours of pears, apples, and citrus.
Finish: Sweet vanilla and cereal notes.
