A nifty mould for creating large spherical balls of ice. The idea is that due to the increased size, but reduced overall surface area, the ice melts slower allowing you to take your time drinking your whisky and will chill your whisky rather than diluting it too quickly. Fill with water, pop it into the freezer, and when ready for that fine whisky of yours, your ice will be ready and waiting. Afterwards just rinse the mould and repeat.
