Long, cool nights and mild summer days contributed to exceptional ripeness and tannin development. Grapes were hand-picked and sorted, with Syrah harvested on 27 March and Cabernet Sauvignon on 4 April 2017. Fermentation occurred with wild yeasts, with 15% barrel fermentation in new wood. The wine was matured before bottling on 8 January 2021. Residual Sugar 3.2 g\/L.
