Like all aged, Japanese whiskies this Hakushu has become increasingly hard to find as the years pass. We'd venture to bet it's days are numbers due to lack of stock and relentless demand. Get a bottle while you can. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Fresh and gently smoky with basil, pine needles and green apple.
Palate: Sweet pear, mint with fresh kiwi and a grassy, herbaceous note.
Finish: Green tea with a subtle smoke and citrus.
