A single barrel release by Stillman Distillery, bottled in hand-blown glass limited to 200 bottles per month. Moulded from locally-sourced molasses, Goldsmith gets its honey-gold colour from the time it spends in custom-made oak barrels. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: An attractive sweet nose with caramel, subtle vanilla and a darker molasses undertone.

Palate: Pleasant, dry toasted wood notes on the palate.

Finish: Lingering light spice and citrus.

Stillman Distillery was established in March 2018 by a husband and wife duo from Johannesburg, who relocated to the Cape and promptly turned their hobby into a full-time passion.
