Launched in 2019, this limited edition 10yo was inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the nineteenth century. Matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, followed by a final maturation in port pipes from the Douro Valley in Portugal. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.
Nose: Waves of Victoria plum, brambles and sandalwood.
Palate: Layers upon layers of rich fruit flavour open up on the palate with notes of roasted apple crumble and gingerbread.
Finish: Baked orange and black cherry.
