A Speyside whisky by independent bottler and blender That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC). This 10yo from the GlenAllachie distillery is their 3rd batch. Only 2,483 bottles produced. Bottled at 49.9%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Crisp orchard fruits, ginger biscuits and sherbet lemons. Some toffee pennies later.

Palate: Malty, cigar box, leather ginger and a pinch of nutmeg.

Finish: The spicy ginger lingers with hints of burnt toast
